Medical credentialing is an important aspect of building and growing a successful medical practice. To that end, we understand how important trust is when selecting a company to handle your provider enrollment and credentialing processes.

Over the years, we’ve been working tireless to build a company that is reputable, accessible and inspiring. Below, we list numerous accolades and reviews we have obtained of the years:

1) Our company maintains the highest-possible (A Level) rating with the Better Business Bureau.

2) Our parent company has been quoted or featured in many major popular and professional publications including CNN, ABC News, NBC News, Prevention, Newsday, AJC, and the following:

medical credentialing

3) In an industry overrun with one-person ‘shops’ that operate on nights and weekends (as someone’s side job), and that often involves overseas outsourcing, we take a very different approach to credentialing. You account will be tended to by a team of full-time US based employees with Bachelors and Masters-level degrees, who are highly trained in the technical craft of credentialing and provider enrollment. We are the company people turn to when their current “credentialer” makes a mess. With our service, you experience of getting on insurance panels will be ‘night and day’ when it comes to customer support, and outcomes!

4) Finally, we have many professional endorsements and reviews from satisfied customers to share with you!

    Hello,
Do you credential physicians for working in a clinic or skilled nursing facility? This credentialing would not be for insurances purposes, only to “screen” and “clear” physicians for our own liability.
    Thanks, Lidia

    Hi,

My husband is a physical therapist in Westchester County, NY and the Aetna panel has been closed to new providers for quite some time. Do you credential physical therapists? Thank you

    Hello,
I spoke with Anthony a few months back. I now have my office all set up and ready to go; now I just need some paying customers. I’m an LPC, NCC in the state of Wisconsin; GJB Health Services, LLC is me. I want to begin the process of filling out your survey/form and getting to work with you to build my practice. I am in the final phases of working with Network Health Plan; they tell me they will have a final answer for me on Sept. 14th. They have been out hear twice and gave me a 97 out of 100 on the site inspection; just wanted to be sure that I had the client’s name on every page. I will be doing private practice and have worked with every population that has every walked the face of the earth. What companies are popular in this region and what other companies would you recommend that I work with? What do I need to do from here?
    Thanks!
    Gloria B
